Launch Surveys

WorldAPP 360 provides you with a selection of survey distribution options, including the automated e-mail invitation system and LDAP integrated participant portal. With WorldAPP 360 you can also easily design personalized invitations to maximize response rate and send reminders to those who didn't respond to your initial invitation.

Invitation Distribution

Survey participants (respondents) can be invited to the survey through the Invitation Distribution campaigns. Invitation distribution campaign can include multiple surveys. In the invitation email, participant can see either a link to the Participant Portal or links to each of the surveys he will needs to respond to . Invitation distribution campaigns allow to schedule reminders, that can be send either to all or some of the original invitees from the distribution campaign.

Advanced e-mail invitation system

Design e-mail invitations in plain text or HTML format. Put the name and e-mail that you want in the "From" field of your e-mail invitations. Finally, personalize each invitation to get the respondent's attention and encourage participation.

Automatic email reminders

For the respondents who didn't complete the survey the first time around, use e-mail system to send out reminders on a given date, or after a specified amount of time has passed since your initial invitation.

Participant Portal

All participants must be authenticated before they are able to take the surveys. After the participant has authenticated, he will see a page that lists all of the surveys he needs to be taking, survey expiration dates, participant's status (Not Started, In Progress and Completed) and progress (the percent of the total subjects rated in the survey) on each of the surveys and metadata information from the survey. The portal also allows exporting the current survey results by participant to Excel and delegating the survey.
